Refund policy
Every AliRat Clothing Co. shirt is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
- Email us at aliratclothing@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo that shows the problem.
- You don't need to send the item back.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but never arrived, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.
Cancellations
Email us right away if you need to cancel or change your order. Once an order has gone into production, it can't be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
